Application Process/ Room Assignment
 

New foreign students will receive an application form for the Paradornparp International House in the University Admission Packet. (The form is also available on this site). Students are asked to fill out the application form and return it via post, in person, or online to the Paradornparp International House Business Office.

The Residential Life Committee will use the information on your application to assign roommates. Rooms will be assigned on a first-come first-served basis. Once maximum capacity is reached, applicants will be placed on a waiting list for future openings.

   
Fees for Living Cost at the International House
 

The Paradornparp International House living cost of 18,200 baht / semester will be included on your student bill each semester. This fee covers room for one semester and a basic meal plan, which includes breakfast and dinner on weekdays (Monday through Friday).

The fee for the summer term is 7,800 baht, not including utilities.

   
Moving-in/Moving-out Policy
 

Residents may move in to the Paradornparp International House 5 days before the start of classes, and are required to move out within 5 days after the last day of final exams.

Students who wish to arrive earlier or stay longer will be charged the prorated fee.

Thai and International Programs Academic Year 2009 - 2010 :

  • 1st Semester
    • Move in date 3 – 7 June 2009.
    • Move out date 15 - 19 October 2009.
  • 2nd Semester
    • Move in date 31 – 25 October 2009.
    • Move out date 19 - 23 March 2010.
  • Summer Semester
    • Move in date 24 - 28 March 2010.
    • Move out date 15 - 19 May 2010.
Note: 1) Full-year residents of Paradornparp International House in international programs will be eligible to stay during Payap University’s Christmas Break at no additional cost. Students must purchase their own meals in the dining hall during this period.
          2) Thai program second semester students will be eligible to stay during Payap University’s Christmas Break at no additional cost. Students must purchase their own meals in the dining hall during this period
   
Rooms
  The Paradornparp International House has three floors and can accomodate 204 students and 36 professors and staff. All rooms have private bathrooms with hot water and air conditioning. All rooms have telephone and wireless internet access. Paradornparp International House will wherever possible have Thai and non-Thai students live together. Rooms can only be shared by students of the same sex. Room assignments will be designated by the Residential Life Committee.
   
Basic Meal Plan
 

The Paradornparp International House dining hall opens five days prior the first day of classes each semester, and closes five days after the last day of final exams. Residents with proper ID may eat breakfast and dinner on the weekdays(Monday - Friday) at no extra cost. The menu includes Thai and international cuisine.

Weekdays lunches and all weekend meals will be available for purchase at the dining hall.

5:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Cooking is not permitted in student rooms.  A designated area will be provided with a microwave oven and an electric hot pot for student use.  There will be vending machines for drinks and a convenience store on the premises.

   
Other Services
  Additional services include laundry facilities, fitness room, first aid station, convenience store, lounge, public phone, wireless internet access and meeting rooms.
