Mission
  To provide a safe, secure, comfortable, and healthy living community for residents, and to promote an active residential life program which provides a broad international perspective for students, faculty and staff within a respectful and intercultural residential learning community at Payap University.
   
Residents
 

If you are accepted into one of Payap University's programs and you fall into one of the following six categories, you are eligible to stay at the Paradornparp International House.

  1. New undergraduate foreign students.  
    All international (i.e., non-Thai) undergraduate students are required to live in the Paradornparp International House during their first year at Payap University.
  2. Students in the Thai and Southeast Asian Studies Certificate Program.
    All students in this program are required to live in the Paradornparp International House during their first semester. This includes any Thai students participating in the program.
  3. Exchange students from Payap partner institutions.
    Students attending Payap through an exchange partner agreement are required to stay in the Paradornparp International House for the duration of their exchange.
  4. Thai students majoring in foreign languages (i.e., Chinese, Japanese, German, English)
    Thai students studying foreign languages are eligible and strongly encouraged to live in the Paradornparp International House as a way to practice their language skills.
  5. Single graduate international students.
    Graduate students who are living on their own are strongly encouraged to live in the Paradornparp International House. The third floor is designated as a "quiet zone" for graduate students.
  6. Thai students in graduate/undergraduate programs who wish to have an international experience
    Thai students are encouraged to apply to live in the Paradornparp International House. You may request to live with an undergraduate or graduate international student.

Note: The cost of living at the Paradornparp International House (room and basic meal plan) will be included in each student’s fees.


Services
  The Paradornparp International House provides comfortable rooms and a basic meal plan to residents. Additional services include laundry facilities, fitness room, first aid station, convenience store, lounge, public phone, wireless internet access and meeting rooms.
